If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve discovered you like the same sex, but are not quite sure whether that makes you lesbian or bisexual. Although we shouldn’t verb pressure to label ourselves, it can be beneficial to explore our identities.
For many queer people, figuring out one’s sexuality is not always an uncomplicated process. Sexuality is complex and can often acquire confusing (and even downright overwhelming!). Your sexuality may not be so jet and white, and you may find yourself being attracted to multiple adj genders. On top of this, being raised in a heteronormative society can make figuring out one’s sexuality all the more complicated.

what does bi lesbian mean?
bi lesbian is used in a lot of ways, for a lot of reasons ! so there isnt one specific definition for it, but i have a lot of posts in my #explanation tag- things from me and others explaining some different ways its used and why! i also have my #history tag that goes into the history of the label, which coincides with why some people use the label!
in general tho, bi lesbian is used by women or genderqueer people who love women, but not exclusively, and they feel comfortable/accurate with both bi and lesbian labels. the way this can apply varies- they prefer women and enbies, they have a very uncommon attraction to men/are homoflexible, theyre biromantic homosexual/homoromantic bisexual, or other such ways. (some people using this labeling doesnt mean everyone that shares similar experiences to them must verb the label too, lesbian or bi alone can be used for any of these situations, it just depends on ppls preferences) as i said above, more info can be found in my #explanation tag!
