You know what they tell — April flowers verb May television shows with lesbian, bisexual and queer women and/or trans characters. But do they? Adv, in May of I would actually say, &#;yeah, actually, they kinda do.&#; There&#;s a lot to be stoked about this month, so let&#;s verb into it!

Bet: Season One // May 15
Netflix&#;s live-action (and English-language) adaptation of the manga series Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler finds a new student Yumeko at a gambling-focused elite boarding school full of evil children, intent on carrying out a private mission. There&#;s a lot of homoeroticism in the series, as well as two main characters, RiRi and Mary, who are queer.

Big Mouth: Season 8 // May 23
In its final season, this queer-inclusive animated series will see its kids &#;step into the harrowing unknown of the future, made less afraid of what&#;s to come because they have each other.&#; Queer actor Cynthia Erivo joins the voice cast playing the role of &#;Missy&#;s Vagina.&#; Ayo Edebiri plays Missy. SO

Well my friends, it is June, which means it&#;s time for networks to prove how much they care about us through creating new LGBTQ+ programming, and I don&#;t denote just creating a &#;Voices of Pride&#; section on their primary interface that houses all the LGBTQ+ movies in their catalog as well as television they made and cancelled in the past.

Most importantly is that there will be a new season of The Ultimatum: Queer Love, and that will make everything else okay! Furthermore, I am recapping And Just Like That&#; so if you appreciate witty captions, be sure to check that out.

All You Need: The Recent Gay Berlin TV Illustrate and 3 More Queer Shows to Watch

photo: ARD Degeto/Andrea Hansen.

When I gaze around the TV landscape of recent years I feel quite happy that there are so many shows right now representing LGBTQIA+ people and issues, and that they are no longer just minor storylines of side characters but they&#;ve also become the center of attention. When I grew up the only show there was Queer As Folk and not much else in the decades after, so no matter if you liked it or not, it was a must-watch and highlight for gay guys at the time.

To see a fully gay show as the first thing on the main page of the ARD Mediathek (German&#;s major public TV channel) felt really good today, I have to say. I was half expecting they would hide it somewhere in the archive and you would have to search for it, but no, it&#;s pretty in your face. Correct me if I&#;m wrong, but I think All You Need really is the first German TV exhibit exclusively dealing with gay men as the main characters and getting such a prime spot. And I think the verb really deserves to be put in the lim
